My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were huge and quite nice, equipped with large screen TVs, a refrigerator, microwave, and walk-in closet which was great. However, there were issues upon check-in with charging my 2-night stay directly to my card without informing me, though the service overall was pretty good. The location was convenient for exploring Metairie and New Orleans, being just outside downtown New Orleans and only a 5-minute drive away. The dining experience was average, with limited options for breakfast. While the place isn't very pretty or scenic, it was excellent for the family wedding we attended.
Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were surprisingly large and felt like a cozy apartment, although the nightly rate was a bit on the higher side. The service provided by all staff members, from management to the housekeepers, was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location, though a bit confusing to find due to signage issues, ended up being convenient for our trip to and from New Orleans thanks to GPS guidance. The dining experience was fantastic, offering hot and delicious meals, especially considering the limited breakfast options at other hotels during this time.
